这是湘导执导的第二部影片。首先，本人真的真的真的非常感谢6 Atas Fizik的一哥一姐谐星们参与演出。大家不但牺牲“读书团”时间陪我玩，还牺牲色相。以下是我对演员们的一些话：

男主角阿轩，虽然阿蛇、阿猪、威宝一直说拍到不好，尽管你有点怨言，但是你还是尽责地拍了被丢书、被强奸、被斌撞的画面（而且还是很多take）。尽责到让我不想让你再拍了。

女主角蛋糕，你已经成为我电影的固定班底了，因为你真的很有谐星的天份，在剪接你的NG画面时，我笑到不行。

不得不称赞搞笑天王阿猪一下，你的NG画面少得可以。多数的NG画面都是因为我抓镜不好，所以后面的NG画面几乎没有你（除了那个你故意脱衣的镜头）。

在此，我要对威宝说声抱歉，因为就算是在电影里还要被说丑，但是我也给你强奸回男主角很多次，算扯平吧～你强奸男主角的那一幕，我超喜欢你那淫淫的样子，很有感觉，哈哈～

蛇罗敏玲斌，谢谢你们的演出，虽然你们戏份不多，但是却称职地把绿叶的角色演好，让剧情更有张力。要郑重的向阿斌道歉一下，因为结尾没把你的名字列出来。

嗯～不懂还可以说什么，希望大家拍地开心、看得开心。

woohoo~we have a craziest class party or so called farewell party on 02-03 october 2010...
this is the first event that 24 of us attended...dulu mia event..sure got someone will miss out de...hahz
the day before...mei er them went to tesco to buy watermelon...hot dogs and all that...then on that day morning..ah low and mei er them also...got up early in the morning..went pasar to buy all the vege and balls...and all that...so..conclusion...mei er involved in all food preparing jobs..from mei er rou till the vege..mei er..一手包辦..but with the help of shun ling and ah low of course...hehe..ah low leh...hmm..she is the host for this event..she provide place for us..television for guys to play ps 2..plates...and etc etc..another 勞苦工高 girl in this event...hehe...me o??...very sorry ya..this time..i din help much..just go there and eat only..paiseh la~~~ T.T

hmm..guys..hahz...one word...MALAS!!.....they went to play basketball until 5 something then only come to ah low aunt's house...arrived ad...din help much though...just help to chase the flies only...and the rest...playing cards and ps 2...memang malas~~but..here..ah kang is excluded...he helped to prepare the soup and belah the watermelon...hmm..aaron~made yummy chili souce for us...which yong wei likes the most...hehe...

isn't it they are "yao gui"...haha..hard to balme also..coz the food is really really attracting and yummy..especially mei er rou..haha..the highest demanded food of the day...haha thanks mei er for YOUR "bak"...XD
wait..here..mr.vivek come to join us....he is the only teacher that come to our party..the others were not around..but...ah gan was there leh...in tampin..but he din come T.T

besides...we also celebrated mooncake festival..someone said i am so childish~bring crackers..but..he is the one who play the most...don't ask who..its you..yea!!..its you..she mao mao!! heng~!!...hahaha...i played nothing~~~bully!!

dear friends...don't be too stress k...its just trials..do take care of your health..drink more water..eat more and sleep more...we need to be healthy to sit for the exam..we still have a war in november..so..we must be tough..we all work hard together..it should not be a problem for us..don't worry too much k..just study as usual...steady and relax..^^
take a rest when you really felt stress or the things you read can't even go in your brain anymore...do some exercise like jogging...futsal..badminton and all that..bak kata perpatah.."otak cergas..badan sihat" ma...ok??...lol!!what am i talking about? >.<"

here are some steps to relieve stress....


Calming an overactive mind. Place your fingertips on your forehead above each eye. Press firmly for 3-4 minutes while taking some deep breath. Repeat aloud or in your mind “I am okay no matter what happens, everyone else is going to be okay no matter what happens.” Release your hands and shake them off.

Clearing tension and burdens with a “spinal flush.” We carry a lot of stressful energy on our backs, which can develop into back problems. This technique is better if you have someone do it to you, and then you do it to them. Stand behind the person receiving the “flush.” Place your fingers at the top of their spinal column where the neck meets the back. Swipe your finger down the spinal column and off the tailbone, the same movement you would use to swipe a credit card through a machine. Repeat the swiping motion 4-5 times, flushing off the stressful energy. The person receiving the “flush” will start to feel tingly inside.

Calming your “fight and flight” energy. With so much media attention on war and violence our “fight and flight” energy is in overdrive. Some of the residual effects of too much “fight and flight” energy can be immune system problems like chronic fatigue, irritability, depression, anger, exhaustion. The energy pathway that runs the “fight and flight” energy moves up and around each ear. To sedate and calm this energy place your fingertips in front of each ear and while pressing gently smooth your fingers up and over the ears and off the back of your neck. Repeat this 5-6 times while taking some deep breathes through your nose and out through your mouth.

this is our last holiday before we end our form 6 life..
but we cant enjoy it, bt hav 2 work hard for our trial le..
let us gambateh for these last few weeks.. about 18 days to go only..
while studying hard for days and nights.. must take care of ur health oso ar..
pls sleep before 11pm lor.. and can wake up after 2am.. haha~!
welcome those who wan 2 burn midnight oil de miss call me around 3-4am 2 wake me up.. hahaha!!

after trial.. let us hav our last party ba.. ok??
make it around 2nd or 3rd week of October ba..
let us enjoy our last few weeks before we end our form 6 life..

1.食了辣的東西，感覺就要被辣死了，就往嘴裏放上少許鹽，含一下，吐掉，漱下口，就不辣了；
2.牙齒黃，可以把花生嚼碎後含在嘴裏，並刷牙三分鐘，很有效；
3.若有小面積皮膚損傷或者燒傷、燙傷，抹上少許牙膏，可立即止血止痛；
4.經常裝茶的杯子裏面留下難看的茶漬，用牙膏洗之，非常乾淨；
5.仰頭點眼藥水時微微張嘴，這樣眼睛就不會亂眨了；
6.嘴裏有潰瘍，就用維生素C貼在潰瘍處，等它溶化後潰瘍基本就好了；
7.眼睛進了小灰塵，閉上眼睛用力咳嗽幾下，灰塵就會自己出來；
8.洗完臉後，用手指沾些細鹽在鼻頭兩側輕輕按摩，然後再用清水沖洗，黑頭和粉刺就會清除乾淨，毛孔也會變小；
9.剛剛被蚊咬完時，塗上肥皂就不會癢了；
10.如果喉朧、 牙齦發炎了，在晚上把西瓜切成小塊，沾著鹽食，記得一定要是晚上，當時症狀就會減輕，第二天就好了；
11.吹風機對著標籤吹，等吹到商標的膠熱了，就可以很容易的把標籤撕下來；
12.旅行帶衣服時如果怕壓起褶皺，可以把每件衣服都捲成卷；
13.打打嗝時就喝點醋，立桿見影；
14.吃了有異味的東西，如大蒜、臭豆腐，吃幾顆花生米就好了；
15.治療咳嗽，特別是乾咳，晚上馴覺前用純芝麻香油煎雞蛋，油放稍多些，什麼調味料都不要放，趁熱吃過就去睡覺，連食幾天效果很明顯；
16.手腕較粗的MM想帶較細的手鐲，就不能硬帶，應把手上套上一個塑膠袋再帶上手鐲，非常好帶，也不會把手整親，取下也是同樣的方法；
17.栗子皮難剝，先把外殼剝掉，再把它放進微波爐轉一下 ，拿出後趁熱一搓，皮就掉了；
18.插花時，在水裏滴上一滴洗潔精，可以維持好多天；
19.把核桃放進鍋裏蒸十分鐘，取出放在涼水裏再砸開，就能取出完整的桃核仁了；
20.把蝦仁放進碗裏，加一點精鹽、食用鹼粉，用手抓搓一會兒後用清水浸泡，然後再用清水沖洗，即能使炒出的蝦仁透明如水晶，爽嫩可口；
21.炒肉時，先把肉用小蘇打水浸泡十幾分鐘，倒掉水，再入味，炒出來會很嫩滑；
22.將殘茶葉浸入水中數天後，澆在植物根部，可促進植物生長；
23.把殘茶葉曬乾，放到廁所或者溝渠裏燃熏，可消除惡臭，具有驅除蚊子蒼蠅的功能；
24.夾生飯重煮法：可用筷子在飯內扎些直通鍋底的孔，灑入少許黃酒重燜，
25.若只表面夾生，只要將表層翻到中間再燜即可；
26. 巧除紗窗油膩：將洗衣服、食煙剩下的煙頭一起放在水裏，待溶解後，拿來擦玻璃窗、紗窗，效果真不錯；
27.只要在珠寶盒中放上一節小小的粉筆，即可讓首飾常保光澤；
28.桌子、瓶子表面的不干膠痕跡用風油精可以擦拭；
29.出門時隨時在包裏帶一節小的干電芯，若裙子帶靜電，就把電芯的正極在裙子上面擦幾下即可去掉靜電；

42.早餐多食番茄、檸檬酸等酸性蔬菜和生果，有益於養肝；
43.爽身止癢洗頭或沖涼時，在水中加五六滴花露水，能起到很好的清涼除菌、祛痱止癢作用；
44.葡萄含有睡眠輔助激素，常食有助睡眠；
45.夏天多飲番茄湯既可獲得養料，又能補充水分，番茄湯應燒好並冷卻後再飲，所含番茄紅素有一定的抗前列腺癌和保護心肌的功效，最適合於男子；吃酸性物質立即擦牙會損害牙齒健康；

6.没有十全十美的东西，没有十全十美的人，关键是清楚到底想要什么。得到想要的，肯定会失去另外一部分。如果什么都想要，只会什么都得不到。 (可是我们班上有近乎完美的神.. ><)
7.我喜欢一位朋友说的这句“善忘是一件好事。” (可是不能忘记读书.. 不能忘记我们的友谊!!)
8.两个人同时犯了错，站出来承担的那一方叫宽容，另一方欠下的债，早晚都要还。
9.自己不喜欢的人，可以报之以沉默微笑；自己喜欢的人，那就随便怎么样了，因为你的喜爱会挡也挡不住地流露出来。
10.不要做刺猬 ,能不与人结仇就不与人结仇 ,谁也不跟谁一辈子 ,有些事情没必要记在心上。(施然..这句特别送给你.. 哈!)

12.不要停止学习。不管学习什么，语言，厨艺，各种技能。
13.钱很重要，但不能依靠男人或父母，自己一定要保持一定赚钱的能力……
14.不要太高估自己在集体中的力量，因为当你选择离开时，就会发现即使没有你，太阳照常升起.... (我特别喜欢这句..)
15.过去的事情可以不忘记，但一定要放下。(献给受到情伤还没痊愈的某人.. 哈~)

17.不管做了什么选择，都不要后悔，因为后悔也于事无补。

well..its seems like long time don't have anyone wanna update the blog..here i come...just fooling around here...

hmm...last week...26-27 July..we were having our assessment 2..everyone was busy preparing for the exam..our class...seems to be very quiet for that week...and time flies...two days pass very fast..just a while only..our assessment ended...and teachers were distributed our exam papers for us...some people are cheerful because they pass with flying colours..but some are not...hey friends..just work hard for the coming trial ba..jia you!!..but..here come a bad news today..what a irresponsible teacher...(sorry...i know i'm impolite by kutuk-ing my teacher here..but...please let me release my anger k...sorry~)she told our monitor that we need to retake our maths paper 1 tomorrow because she lost them...when we went to ask her for permission to check for the exam papers on her desk..she refused..she said she checked ad..but when i asked her:"what if you left them in your house?..."she answered Without any guiltiness...."hmm..i rasa takde la..but i'm not sure..maybe anak saya kemas barang hari tu..mungkin ntah dah mane dia selit..." she thinks that.. re-sit is very easy.....she din know we need to study again to sit for the test...gosh >.<"

haha...one funny campaign was launched in our class...so called "polite week"..lemme introduce our organiser...Mr. Sam Ying Xuan!!clapsss* i don't know why he will came across this silly idea..but its good for us too..at least..we can raise some fund for our class to have jamuan later...ok..here the rules..for whom saying harsh words..having impolite actions or being rude to the others...all will be punished..10 cents per each impolite action..so far..we collected...hmm...around RM10 if not mistaken...which mean they did or we did around 100 rude things..just only 2 days guys...we did around 100 rude things..come to think of it..if we din have this so called polite week..how many rude things will we do?.....100 per day?i think will be more than that..coz guys in our class are so familiar with all those words .......@#$%&

hehe...thats all for my report today...hope more and more funny events or things will happen in our class...ga..we left only 4+ months to be with together...so..do enjoy every moment that we can be together ya...have fun studying and jia you!!

首先.. 真的很感谢你们陪我过了几乎4个小时....
虽然没去学校.. 还能跟你们庆祝生日.. 很开心..
这是我们班出席率最高的一次聚会吧??
你们17个人特地抽空帮我庆祝生日... 真的很不好意思,也很感动....

想到永威为了留下来唱K而得自己搭巴士回家时(谎言2) 我就超内疚....
不过,原来是个骗局!!! =)

话说吃了午餐.. 阿MEEN先走了.. 永威,燕晴和我坐康联的车进去TMN INDAH QBOX....
路上,燕晴说有人到了QBOX.. QBOX却还没没开!!! (谎言3)
我顿时担心起来..
结果康联就带着我们在新村大绕圈子,说要去看谁谁谁的家.....(谎言4)
后来又不懂干嘛说要去找阿轩... 燕晴之前有说要拿狗饼..(谎言5) 可是到最后不懂干嘛又没拿了...
问阿莫QBOX还没开怎么办..他竟然说QBOX今天没开...(谎言6) 很扯~ 可是我竟然相信...还白担心了一场....
接着他就开始乱编故事.. 说什么半路遇到阿MEEN.. 他在去着REMBAU...... @@

好了,终于安全抵达QBOX了... 幸好我得拿东西回店.. 不然他们不懂又得怎样骗开我了...


(这时候的他们在忙着准备我的蛋糕.. 19支蜡烛!!! 够力!><)
我跟阿莫在柜台争着付钱.. 我撞开他后才发现... 我带不够钱..... == 没办法.. 谢谢阿莫帮我出着钱..迟些会还你的....^^ 这时,A人,阿杰永威走了出来.. 很大阵仗似的把我"迎"进K房....... YEAH!!!! 一进去就看到插满蜡烛的蛋糕...

康联捧着... 大家就在很兴奋地唱着生日歌....
有惊喜到! 真的... 然后看到一个很大很大很colourful的"板".. 上面写着很大个的生日快乐!!
哇!! 很美叻...........

最惊喜的是,突然间....
我看到阿MEEN的头从那块"板"后面冒出来!!!!!
啊!!!!!!!!
她骗我!!!!!!!!!!!! 哈哈哈哈哈~~~ 如果不是我前面顶着一个大蛋糕和一个"大"人物.. 我一定冲过去抱她的!!!
蜡烛快熔完了.. 所以等不及许愿, 我先一口气把蜡烛吹了..
从康联手中接过蛋糕.. 生日歌还没有停...

这3位先生还拿着mike.. 越唱越high....


大家很开心地在跟我解释"板"上有何特别之处...><
我许了三个愿望...
1. 我说大家都爱许希望大家stpm拿4 flat....我还没说完大家就喝彩了... 哈哈!!
我许的是:希望大家不管拿到什么成绩..不管进什么大学..不管读什么科系...都会成功~~
2. 希望我们到了几十年后,都还能保持联络.... (有人插嘴说得靠我搞聚会了.. 哈哈! 没问题!)
3. 希望我所有的朋友及家人, 健康,平安,幸福.............

恐怖的环节到了... 大家说先把蛋糕周围的水果吃掉... 我竟然笨到问为什么.... ==

我还在犹豫着该怎样下"口"....

我以为我背后是一班女生很安全....

结果,咬着第N支蜡烛的时候.. 不知道哪里来的手把我的头往蛋糕上压.........

我看到美儿闪回位子..于是把脸上的cream往她大腿上抹~!!!哈哈!
过后,还是连续被压了好几次..... 她们却说不是美儿压的.... T.T 好恐怖.....

珍还说我必须唱一首歌才给我tisu.. 可是我的手都是奶油..怎样拿mike哦~~~
而且那首歌我不会唱叻....

考完两科，放松了少少，搞到fizik乱廖廖几下而已～ 今天ah kek 很烦，“我要看！！给我给我！！！(mid term past year question)” 过后美儿顾着做题目，没睬她。
Haha，谢谢阿kek，最后终于抢到纸，背答案的时候念到大大声，我不听都不可以，虽然只听到两题啦～ 然后考题真的出到一样的，搞到她考完试念上念下念左念右，哈哈哈！！！
第三天26/5- （yay, my birthday!!)
考math 1 ，同学们把formula写在白板，希望擦掉时还留痕迹…… 哈哈，集体作弊失败。我本身读到两点@.@, 值得的，虽然有些做错～
然后还有一科是什么了啊？？？ 哦，要问阿珍了，很像看到她一个人读罢了…… 其他人说：“har~ Pengajian am ah? 哪根葱哦？”（设计对白）XD

Oh!~ Chemistry~~~ 我的至爱T~T ... 谢阿湘谢淑玲帮我们打包，丑饭要等太久了XD……
过后白板写了formula，还有[Alkene = Alk+ene] ... Opps, teacher进班了，“who wrote this? ”
那个本来就很多余的却不懂自己是多余的人大大声讲“LJP..." @#$%^&* diam diam tak boleh kah?
考完chemistry liao，即下起倾盆大雨，讨论完这个那个，回家去……
现在此时此刻，应该乘机充电修养。可是人就是酱的咯，很像我酱，有午觉不睡来写blog，等下还要看戏添…… 这是“报复”行为吗？哈哈……
还滋，星期一考Physics，大家加油，好好利用周末吧。咦，星期二考什么啊？？ 问阿珍，hehehe~~~

1 year ago...We started our form 6 life,some of us started in TBS,some of us started in Dol Said.

1 year has passed.Now,we have became others senior.Wow,it sounds great.

But,is this means that start from now we have to be serious to face with STPM???Our class only mei er is always in exam mode,hey,should we change ourselves from now???







p/s:Remember to pass up Maths T 2 exercises,difficult to see my dearest classmates this few days,don't know how to collect it already,haha

Continuing our 发春's spirit..our class was enrolled 5 person(yong wei..julian..ah sia..ah kang..ah mok) to form a new team called 发梦..why are they naming their team as 发梦??..this is because their team members always building castle in the air..no matter its during lessons or playing basketball..they always think of their lover..lolz (psps-joking)
Today.. their big day..they need to fight for the champion..for RM45 ..medals..and cert..
So..they tried their best to "defeat" their "foes"..
Lastly..they made it to the final match..Freedom vs Team A..
After 5 minutes..Team A was 2-1 leading Freedom..gah..Freedom..jia you!!..beat them..
Yet..the sky was getting darker and darker..seems like god also mo2 ngan2 tie2..suddenly..Mr. Steve appeared and asked Mr.Gan to stop the match and continue another day..nah~i dont want to stay back anymore lar..but we got no choice..teachers are always the boss..we must follow their order..after cleaning the court..the rain come (bukan ah mok ya..jgn perasan)..everyone was rushing home..unfortunately..i accidentally took lil bro's wallet and handset..and i didnt noticed about that!!..ying xian called me on my way home..then only i noticed that his handset and wallet still with me..oh my goodness..how am i going to return them back to him..and yet..he was so concern about his handset..because..someone will find him!! lolz..therefore..he was decided to take it back by today..he drove to my house without license!! wahaha..see..how gan joing he is toward his handset..lolz =)

come to think of it...the time for this unique 6AFz is going to an end...the 24 of us wont be together in a class anymore...second by second passed by...haha...

come to think of it...i havent talk much to our class's silent dude(CCH)...lolz...the only time we really talked is when he asked me to pick up his stuffs that fall of his desk or he need to borrow the 'learn sea'..

come to think of it...we have changed to many schedules..dont ask me why...i heard a new one is coming up...be prepared...

come to think of it...in 2009...all of us were exposed first time to MUET...thinking that 'arr....its next year...dont worry'...and time flies so fast before we even say Malaysia University English Test....its here...by end of this month and a day of May...we will be sitting it...no worries...its just require its candidate to read, hear, talk and write...who cant do that...lolz...chill~

come to think of it...our this noisy class...finally get its recognition...lolz...a teacher saying that we are noisy...not that im proud of it...just that...its been a part of me since...well...1 Arif...lolz...we've been built on that reputation since we were form one(former tbs lar )..our hard-works really paid off...we are unique...no doubt about that...

come to think of it...our class with no talents in volleyball...can actually get a 2nd place in the tournament...almost beating the state Representative(nahh...he was too great)..what a unique class...most probably its our slogan that bring us all the way...lolz...pictures(please scroll down)

come to think of it...we shared many memories together...as a class...trips, we have been in two...we went to the High Court...where Patrick accidentally dropped Julian newly bought phone...ouch...arr....not only that...its the time where we took the photo of 3 guys peeing(from behind of cz)...its an art...an ART...then its when Alex make his move but failed...we salute his bravery...he will make a good boyfriend without his extremely long chin, his rate of perspiration, and his cold jokes...lolz...just jk...no hard feelings~and recently...Parlimen...where we visited the Parlimen...(duhh~)...arr...its the first time i try japanese food...and...i dont feel the same after that trip home...only those in the same bus understand...T.T...i was...i was...i was....sobs...from behind....from on top....and even 'face to face'...Anyway...we did had a great time...The King Say was cruel but fun to play...>,<'''
